Using the Split/Merge tool in Shop Manager

If you have version 6.6.3.25 or newer, you can restore a missing chart for a wheel as long as the press data existing in the Mount History for the wheel in question. This is accomplished by using the “Merge Component” Tool in Shop Manager.

Follow the below steps and to restore a missing wheel chart.

You may need to update the registration for the wheelset once you have fixed the wheel.

In this example we will fix Wheel B.

Next to the Wheel B name, click on the “MergeComponent” button.

A confirmation window will appear. Click ‘Ok’ to confirm you want to merge Wheel B.

A search window will appear. Search for the existing wheel record that was created at Wheel Press Recorder with a chart. You can search by CID, Serial Number, WIPID, or Date. Once you have found the correct wheel record, click “Merge”.

Lastly, Confirm the merge.
