Install

The Inbound application can be installed as a Windows desktop application or hosted as a web application. For Windows devices, download and run the application installer (contact AIC Rail support for a download). The application will appear in the Windows application list and can be pinned to the desktop, start menu, or taskbar.

Android, iOS, or other devices require Inbound to be hosted as a web application on a Windows desktop or server using IIS. Obtain the appropriate installer file from AIC Rail support. There is a bundle package which will install and configure IIS and other required packages. If IIS is already installed and configured, there is separate installer file to set up the Inbound application within IIS. To launch the application, open a compatible web browser and navigate to the URL using the server computer name or IP address (example: http://192.168.1.1/inbound).
