Bug Fixes

• Search Results for inspection elements was not making some elements available to select. Also, the Format String was not being applied for boolean fields.
• Error messages were not getting displayed to the user if an error occurred when trying to sign in. The user would continue to see the sign in dialog with no information about why they were not signed in.
