Bug Fixes

• When editing an assembly, WIP ID was not showing up as one of the editable fields.

Updates

• When viewing an assembly from the Assembly Search, the Charts tab now only displays if the assembly has mountable components.
• New plugins points were added for shipments. The new points are ValidateComponent when adding a component to a shipment, and BeforeSaveShipment and AfterSaveShipment when creating or editing a shipment.
