Bug Fixes

• Component disposition was getting updated when viewing an inspection from the Inspection History tab, even if no changes were made.
• Manage Serves dialog was letting users close the dialog while they still had active changes. This confused some users because they thought they were saving their changes, but they were actually closing the dialog and losing their changes.
