Bug Fixes

• After the previous update, some users could not log in, or did not have the appropriate permissions after login.
• When creating a new component type from the options dialog, the list of Images was not being populated until after the new component type was saved.
• When creating a new element from the Options dialog, if an error occurred (like another element already existing with the same element id) the error message was vague and un-helpful in determining the reason for the failure.
