Bug Fixes

• Machine Inspections search was not returning any results when searching for a specific machine inspection.
• Attempts to delete an assembly would fail if the assembly had registration data, was assigned to a queue, or had bearing mount data.
• The list of attachments for a component was not updating when the user selected a new component.

Changes

• Tools and Settings menus were combined and condensed. Settings that do not need to be accessed frequently were moved to a new Options dialog.
