Component Inspection version 6.6.4.22

Component Inspection version 6.6.4.22

released November 25, 2024

Bug Fixes

  • When creating a new assembly, subcomponent dispositions were not getting set to Scrap when an inspection element was selected as Scrap.
  • Element Alerts using a c# script expression were not triggering the alert.
  • Element Alert severity was being ignored when notifying users about alerts. All alerts were treated as warnings.

Updates

  • Plugins can now be updated from the update server if a plugin update is available, even when the application has no updates.
  • Inspections can now be configured to ‘Treat requirements as warnings’. When required fields are left blank and the user tries to save, they will be given a warning about the missing fields but will still be allowed to save. This will allow multiple users to work on a single inspection that take multiple operators or multiple shifts to perform.
  • When saving a new inspection, only elements that have changed will be saved. This allows multiple users to perform an operation by breaking it down into multiple inspections. Each inspection record is associated to the logged in user so you can determine which operator recorded which fields.
