Updates

• Audit Archives has been updated to include filtering by date range and type of record that was deleted.
• A new Settings section was added to Shop section of the Options dialog for managing settings that are not available in other places.
• Split Component dialog and confirmation were updated to give the user more direction on how to use the feature.
• Merge Component now prompts the user if they are trying to merge a component that is already on another assembly. We still let them merge, but they have to confirm.
